4517 Skyline Dr, Bellvue CO
Originally a summer home with a magnificent view of Horsetooth Reservoir and the eastern plains beyond. Built in the 1960s and purchased in the 1970s by Jack Clark’s parents, the home was gradually upgraded to allow them to live in it year round.
When Jack’s parents passed, he and his wife decided to build their dream home on the site. To honor the legacy of the family home, the owner contacted NCC via his general contractor to have it carefully deconstructed.
A State Energy Sector Grant enabled NCC to augment the owner’s donation allowing six students to successfully graduate from NCCs DeConstruct Training Program.
