Building Skills by Breaking Down Buildings.

Announcing the O'Donnell Property DeConstruct Project starting May 19th!

Join us and the City of Fort Collins for this NEW 8 week project. We will hand-dismantle a 1920's Farmhouse, barn, and shed. Remove materials for reuse and recycling and reduce waste in our landfill.

NO EXPERIENCE NECESSARY - Just a willing soul, ready to learn!
This DeConstruct Training program teaches construction skills while providing an alternative way to take down buildings. Youth and adults learn emerging deconstruction technology and LEED certification protocols.

The site is located at 2604 South Taft Hill Rd in Fort Collins (at Drake) and will be open Monday thru Friday's from 8:00 am to 5:00 pm (with half day shifts available). Please register and sign up online thru VolunteerUP. If you would like to book a group for a Saturday or Sunday, please contact our volunteer coordinator (below).

NCC is offering scholarship opportunities for youth and young adults in a variety of 1 to 2 week long DeConstruct projects coming up towards the end of May through the summer months.
